Saint-Jorioz - Leading the Way
The West Shore is made up of seven communes: Duingt, Entrevernes, La-Chapelle-Saint-Maurice, Leschaux, Saint-Eustache, Saint-Jorioz, and Sévrier. They constitute our territory, where we intervene everywhere, even though our activity is more centered on the two "heavyweights" in terms of inhabitants (and consequently of dwellings) Sévrier and Saint-Jorioz that follow each other along a path that exists since Antiquity. They both benefit from facilities that make life useful, pleasant, and safe.

Exceptional Setting: Saint-Jorioz (5738 inhabitants) is a natural amphitheater, consisting of a town center and eleven hamlets staged along the Semnoz massif and the Taillefer mountain with a small "coastal" plain extending into the sparkling mirror of the lake, a place of all harmonies of light. Its half-moon port is the largest on the lake (it has 368 mooring rings). Its beach is also the largest: 200 m long and 100 m deep, it is made of imported yellow sand.

Multiple sports can be practiced, summer and winter: hunting, fishing, rowing, sailing, water skiing, tennis, swimming, diving, hiking, skiing, sledding, and horse riding as well as all team sports.

Facilities: The traders' association (StJoEco) includes more than 40 members (including a supermarket with drive-through pickup) around the professions of food, real estate, fashion, beauty, decoration, catering, hospitality, well-being, leisure, automotive, two-wheelers, services, and animals.

Four farmers and ten industrialists also carry out their activity in the commune. There is, of course, a nursery school and a communal school. The Jean-Monnet middle school welcomes students from Saint-Jorioz and the surrounding communes. A daycare, the Petits Lutins, receives the youngest all day and La Ribambelle offers a daycare service before and after school hours.

The commune has: 4 dental offices, 3 medical offices, 3 nursing offices, 1 analysis laboratory, 9 physiotherapists, 7 osteopaths, 4 speech therapists, 3 psychologists, 1 midwife, and home hospitalization and care services.
The bus line that connects Annecy to Albertville has ten stops in Saint-Jorioz, which is also crossed by a bike path that allows reaching Ugine in one direction and Annecy in the other.

Public Services: City hall and post office of course. The gendarmerie, municipal police, and the first aid center of the firefighters ensure the security and tranquility of the Saint-Joriens.

Points of Interest:
- The Laudon country house is a restored 19th-century farm. It reflects the agricultural past of the commune by showing the everyday objects of the 19th century.
- The Criq parc leisure park has immense zip lines, tree houses, trampolines, etc.
