1. Purpose

The data processed is stored securely and access to it is subject to strict control, reserved solely for individuals who need to access it.
All access to the data requires access to a specialised, secure module, protected by technical measures and strong passwords.
4. Recipients of the data
In accordance with regulations, the Publisher has implemented, in line with the state of the art, organisational and technical measures aimed at preserving the security, integrity and confidentiality of the Data, and at preventing unauthorised access to it.

5. Data transferred to authorities and/or public bodies

6. Retention periods
Data relating to accounts or orders is not kept for more than two years from the last connection to the Account, or from the order.
As an exception, in application of applicable regulations, accounting data, in particular relating to invoicing, will be retained in archive form for 10 years from the invoice date.

Data Subjects benefit from the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure (right to be forgotten), the right to object, the right to restriction of processing, and the right to data portability regarding their Data.

8. Data transfer
As a general rule, the Data collected on the site is reserved exclusively for the Publisher.
However, in the event of an order placed through the Site, the Data Subjects' Data may be transmitted to the Publisher's logistics partners (delivery and shipping services). The legal basis for this transfer is the sales contract.
Furthermore, before any transfer of Data to third parties, the Data Subject's consent will be obtained.
