Rooted on the West Shore of Lake Annecy

Compimmo, the Compagnie Immobilière du Lac, was founded by Laetitia and Cédric Barbera, a couple of entrepreneurs from the West Shore of Lake Annecy.

Born in the region and graduates of the Annecy Chamber of Commerce and Industry, we live and work at the heart of the area we know perfectly.

After gaining our first experience within renowned real estate agencies in Annecy (Fantin Immobilier, Vallat Immobilier and 4807 Immobilier), we  create our own company: Compimmo. Today, we combine 50 years of experience in real estate and put this expertise at the service of sellers and buyers.
